As of October 1, 2016, the fees for the visa will increase significantly. An exact amount is not yet known.
Applicants who have an interview appointment next week should have sufficient cash or a credit card with sufficient funds.
We will inform you as soon as we know how much the increase will be.

Travelers with a currently valid visa must submit the passport with the currently valid visa when applying for a new visa. The currently valid visa will be declared invalid and canceled upon reapplication.

If the traveler no longer has the passport with the currently valid visa, an official declaration of loss from the authorities is required.
