USA: Vaccinated people allowed into U.S. starting Nov. 8
15/10/2021 18:05

The White House announced:

The U.S. will allow travelers vaccinated against the coronavirus back into the country starting Nov. 8. "The new U.S. travel regime requiring vaccination for foreign travelers will begin Nov. 8," a White House spokesman told Titter on Friday. Travelers will be required to show a negative Corona test in addition to a vaccination before departure.

Current regulations prohibit entry for those who have been in the Schengen area, Ireland or the United Kingdom in the previous 14 days. Entry bans also apply to China, India, Brazil, South Africa and Iran. Not affected are U.S. citizens, people with a permanent residence permit - a so-called green card - and holders of certain visas with an exemption.
