Your booking channels

You will receive two individual customer numbers from DVKG:

1. customer number for agency collections

  • You carry out the visa application for your customer and charge a TAF / fee for this.
  • The DVKG issues you an invoice.

2. customer number for direct collection

  • You will receive an individual DVKG link for your homepage.
  • If customers complete their visa application themselves, you will receive a commission on the DVKG standard service.

Use the agency contract and receive your two customer numbers.

Five success factors for selling consular services

Selling and advising on visas is a comprehensive topic. There are five success factors to consider in order to give the customer the feeling that applying for a visa is part of your everyday business:

  1. Set your customer's expectations. Inform your customer that the visa application will take time. Confirmation that the visa application has been approved does not come as quickly as a flight or hotel confirmation. The customer must show a willingness to commit time to the visa application process.
  2. Create transparency. Inform your customer how the visa application process works and what costs are involved. Use the information and support provided by the consular service provider.   3. Involve the traveler. You need extensive information for the visa application. For missing information, use innovative ways to invite the traveler to fill out the visa application via a link. The traveler can complete the visa application from anywhere in the world using any mobile device.
  4. Use a consular service provider in the background. Innovative consular service providers support you with your application. You receive the visa regulations electronically, which you can make available to your customer.
  5. Exude confidence and security. With your experience in dealing with the customer and in cooperation with the consular service provider, you can take the uncertainty out of the traveler's visa application - visas are part of your everyday business.
